1. INTRODUCTION

This privacy policy (the “Service Privacy Policy”) applies to services, application and solutions (the “Services”) wholly or partly hosted by Linework Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Linework”).

This Service Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Linework from usage of the Services, and how we use it.

This Service Privacy Policy applies only to the Services and is valid for users of the Services with regards to the information that they share or which is otherwise collected by Linework from use of the Services.

Information collected through our website are covered by a separate privacy policy which is made available on the website. If you visit our website, we recommend that you read the website specific privacy policy thoroughly.

2. CONSENT

By using the Services, you consent to the Service Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. If you do not accept the terms of this Service Privacy Policy, you should refrain from using the Services.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

As part of the Services, Linework collects information about your name, e-mail address and other relevant information that is required for Linework to provide the Services to you, to enhance the user experience for you and to identify bugs and points of improvement in the Services.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect through the Services in various ways, including to:

5. WHO RECEIVES YOUR INFORMATION

6. RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

The information we collect will be retained for a maximum of six (6) months after you have stopped using the Services unless otherwise is specified.

If you have any specific requirements as regards information stored in such instances, please contact your service supplier (e.g. the law firm using our Services in their delivery to you).

7. TRANSFER OF DATA TO NON EU/EEA COUNTRIES

Your information is stored on servers within the US. We will not transfer the information to a country outside the US without notifying you first.

8. LOG FILES

Linework follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit a web based Service. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any other information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

9. ADVERTISING PARTNERS PRIVACY POLICIES

None of the information we collect from your use of the Services is shared or made available to advertisers.

10. THIRD PARTY PRIVACY POLICIES

Linework's Service Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites which are linked to through the Website. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options. You may get an updated list of relevant third-party suppliers by contacting us at support@linework.com.

Specifically, we would like to highlight that we utilize services from Google Analytics. The provider of this service is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google usage of your personal information is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, and not Liework’s.

Google Analytics uses so-called cookies. Cookies are text files, which are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of the use of the website by users. The information generated by cookies on your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the United States, where it is stored. The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the utilization of this analysis tool are based on Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR if you are a user within the EU/EEA.

Linework has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user patterns to optimize both the services offered online and our advertising activities. If a corresponding agreement has been requested (e.g. an agreement to the storage of cookies), the processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which means that you can revoke the agreement at any time. If such happens, you will no longer be able to use certain parts of our services.

You do also have the option to prevent the archiving of cookies by making pertinent changes to the settings of your browser software. However, we have to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all of the functions of this website to their fullest extent. 11. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Linework does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information through our Services, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
